The Aquatic Center, operated by SPRSA Board has filled our staff for summer 2024. Occasionally we will need additional staff at the end of summer as our current staff heads off to college. Please check back here in July for potential openings.

Minimum Requirements and Preferences

Assistant Aquatic Director: Experience in aquatic management preferred. Must be able to weekday afternoons and be on-call for occasional weekends. Preference is given to those with current LG/LGI/WSI certification.

Head Swim Instructor: Demonstrated leadership experience. Must have a customer service focus. WSI certification is required.

Head Guard: Lifeguard certification (LGI certification is preferred).

Lifeguards: Lifeguard certification required.

Swim Instructors: WSI is preferred but teaching experience will be accepted. Must be CPR certified.

Exercise Instructor: Certification is preferred, teaching experience will be accepted. Must be CPR certified.

Cashier: Experience preferred. Must be CPR certified.

Hours: Dependent upon position. Typical hours per week vary.
